How to make the most of the new year… December 10, 2015 – Posted in: Confidence, Personal Development – Tags: , , , ,

We’re approaching the end of 2015 and I find myself struck by all that’s changed in my life over the past 12 months…

I have a whole new and growing community of wonderful friends on this blog and my Social Media channels.   Thank you all for your support, comments and engagement – it’s means the world to me!

Also, this year, I’ve launched my first OnlineCourse and my book will follow soon into the new year. I’ve worked with hundreds of people and had the awesome privilege of seeing lives changed. My business has grown.

I’ve been a mum and a friend – to others and to myself. I’ve definitely learnt more about self-love this year, more than in any year to date.

This year has had its tough moments but I’ve survived them and learnt from them. I am, therefore, grateful for them.

Why am I telling you all this? To encourage you to look back on your own life in the same way! Because, before you set goals for the new year I believe ti’s crucial to see how far you’ve already come.

So, ask yourself the following questions:

1) What have I learnt this year?
2) Who have I loved?
3) Who have I helped?
4) What have I achieved?
5) What have I survived?
Looking back with gratitude will give you hope and encouragement to plan forwards into the new year.

With my love x
