Today and just for today try this… try to imagine what life would be like if you genuinely loved and cared for your body.

Write it down!

What would you do?
How would you dress?
What would you eat?
What would you say to yourself as you looked in the mirror?
What would you think about other people’s bodies?

Just try this for one day and notice what you notice.
