21 Days To Confidence September 19, 2021 – Posted in: Advice, Confidence, Personal Development, Uncategorized

Have you had enough of living small?

Are you ready to do business with your low self-esteem?

Is it time to unlock your potential?

Would you like to learn the secrets to lasting confidence in just 21 days?

If you are ready, if you want to change, then I can help you reclaim your confidence for good!

I’m delighted to announce that my brand new email course is now available for you to build your confidence in bite-sized chunks over 3-weeks. It takes a minimum of 21-days to build a new habit and so this course is designed specifically to help you build a new confidence habit in under a month.

Why an email course?

Well, since winning the prestigious International Executive Coach of the Year award at the end of 2019, I’ve been inundated with work. So much so that my diary is full for at least the next year. So, I had to find a new way to help private clients who still need help from a confidence specialist.

When I wrote my second book last year I signed up for an email course from which I received a motivational and ‘ideas’ email every day for 30 days. By the end of the month, I had my first draft. It worked so well because I was inspired to write my book one day at a time rather than tackle the whole thing at once.

The same applies to building lasting confidence. A little bit of inspiration and practice every day for 21 days means you will be able to find and grow a confidence muscle you never even knew you had!

How does it work?

When you sign up, I’ll send you an email every day, for 21 days.

I’ll give you all the inspiration, motivation, and ideas you need to grow your confidence muscle.

I will share everything I’ve learned over the past ten years as a specialist confidence coach with you so that you have what it takes to let go of your old low-self esteem and embody a new, more empowered, and authentic version of yourself.

In week one we’ll be covering the basics during which we will look at some of the barriers to confidence and how you can start overcoming them. Expect to be stretched out of your comfort zone as I help you reach for new ways of thinking and behaving.

In week two I’ll give you a bounty of practical tools that you can use to build and maintain your confidence. There’s so much you can do and the more you practice the better you will feel about yourself and your place in this world.

Week three is where we go really deep. In this time of advanced practice, we will dive down into some of the thought patterns and wonky habits that have been undermining you for all these years.  While we’re there we will lay them to rest and develop newer, healthier ways of thinking and feeling.

How much does it cost?

21 Days to Confidence can be yours for just £99. The best part is that you can revisit the work at any time.

Coaching is such a powerful tool for change as it challenges limiting beliefs, helps you work steadily towards a goal over a specific time frame, and gives you inspiration and support as you change.  As I am unavailable to offer this on a 1:1 basis at the moment I designed this email course to be as close to a live coaching series as I can make it.

So you can access coaching with me for a fraction of the cost.  (A typical coaching series of 6 sessions costs £1500.)

What do you need?

A journal
A pen
20-30 minutes each day to do the exercises
An open mind and the willingness to change

21 Days to Confidence will teach you everything you need to build and maintain lasting confidence and high self-esteem so that you can live with vitality, purpose, and joy.

I’ve been a specialist confidence coach for a decade and have helped thousands of people build genuine and lasting confidence.  It’s been my privilege and my joy to help my clients break free from their low self-esteem and find true, deep, genuine confidence.

I can’t wait to help you find, keep and grow your birthright – true and lasting confidence. I will see you in your inbox.
