One of the best ways in which to manage life is to practice living in the 24 hours you have.
So many of us get caught up in worrying about the future or reliving the past. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying happy memories or making plans for the future but our focus must be on the present moment if we are to be sane, happy and fulfilled.
The truth is that today is all we have. It’s all any of us have. We don’t know what’s coming tomorrow but we do have today.
So, breathe deeply, be grateful for the moment and focus on the task/person/event in front of you right now. Do your best now and worry about the outcome when it arrives.
