Today, just for the next 24 hours, try to accept that life is just as it should be, that you are being taken care of, that all is well. Just for today, try to focus on doing the next right thing in each moment.

When I remember to do this I have a peaceful, productive day. The alternative is worrying and pushing and striving and stressing.

Just for today I’m going to choose peace and acceptance.
