Before we start tomorrow…
Go out and grab yourself a nice journal and a decent pen. This will help keep all your notes and learnings in one place.  The brain works differently when you write as to when you type so a pen is preferable to the keyboard. 

What is essential is that you keep an open mind and DO THE EXERCISES!  As they say in 12-step recovery meetings, “It only works if you work it,” so please do everything I suggest in order to give yourself the best chance of success.

So, go buy yourself some nice stationery, open your mind and I will see you tomorrow for DAY ONE of your journey to confidence.
