I was coaching a client yesterday who had come to the realisation that the only certainty in life is uncertainty. It’s one of those tricky paradoxes that we all live with on a daily basis; some days more keenly than others. None of us know what’s going to happen later today, tomorrow or next week. We have our plans and our hopes but sometimes life has other ideas.
